Made of special stainless steel, the optimally balanced knives from ZWILLING NOW S are equipped with ice-hardened FRIODUR blades in a harmonious tone-on-tone design. The seamless plastic handle is ergonomically shaped, so that the kitchen knife lies particularly well in the hand. The FRIODUR blade is ice-hardened in a specially developed process. The result is a knife that is particularly sharp and corrosion-resistant.
