The wok can be used on all kinds of hob, including induction. There it utilises BALLARINI’s specially developed radiant induction technology for excellent heat distribution. Speaking of heat ... Because you cook with woks at high temperatures, you should always use an oil with a high smoke point. Constantly stirring the wok pushes ingredients back and forth between the hot base and cooler walls. This preserves nutrients and vitamins better. As ingredients are gradually cooked, you push them towards the rim. Making your work even easier is the fact that the wok is dishwasher-safe.
